Worry Dolls are mostly hand-made by my relatives. Dolls are children and the child within the adult. Tell the doll about your sorrows, fears, insecurities, and worries. Then place them under or in your pillow during the night. The next morning, all sorrows are said to have been taken away by the worry doll. The dolls are also used in role play for pediatrics, psychologists, educators and counselors.
